BIP Interactive Dashboard, how many records will be shown in the filter?

We have created a BIP Report and selected the interactive layout. We have a column example contract number, but when we filter on the column it only shows a few values in the drop-down list, is there a way to show all the values if not, what is the limit there?
Also when we apply the filter on a table, how will users come to know where the filters are used?

Hello Shailesh,
It's best if you create a dashboard with a dashboard prompt and allow the user to select the filters in real time.
This works with BI Publisher and OTBI Analyses.
