In FAW,
we want to generate reports that outline the Span of Control for Direct Reports using the delivered SA and there's no delivered fact for direct report headcount so far. How do you report out the direct report headcount of each manager?

Hi @LipLooi Try the following
HCM - Workforce Core -> Worker -> Manager Information -> Manager Name
HCM - Workforce Core -> Workforce Headcount Facts -> Facts - Workforce Person Count -> Worker Count
