To find Action field for hire/rehire etc from the subject area or similar: Workforce Management - Work Relationship Real Time

I am having issues finding the Action field in this subject area or others so that I can filter the data I am receiving based on the action of Hire, Rehire, Global Transfer etc. Is there anywhere that I can find this information/field in the analysis tool?

Try "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time".

Assignment Event Details folder should have most of what you're looking for.

"Assignment Event Details"."Action Code" and "Assignment Event Details"."Effective Start Date" would be a good place to start.

Sample analysis attached for reference. Should show all assignment event activity where "Action Code" = 'HIRE' by effective start date, as well as some basic employee info.

To add this report to your environment:

* Create a new analysis using Oracle Business Intelligence Answers.
* Copy and paste the XML from the attached document into the Advanced tab.
* Click Apply XML.
* Save the analysis
