We have created few OTBI Infolets and enabled it through sandbox at Sales Infolets
Hi Experts,
We have created few OTBI Infolets and enabled it through sandbox at Sales Infolets, but these sales infolets are not visible to other users. We need to enable it in a place where it is visible to all the users like landing pages or somewhere. Can anyone suggest where we can do that to make it visible to all the users?
Why I'm in the Sandbox mode. I'm Unable to see create infolet button(PFB Image). is there any access required?
Could anyone help me with this?
Thanks,
Shankar Ayyala Somayajula.

For your latter question- "Why I'm in the Sandbox mode. I'm Unable to see create infolet button(PFB Image). is there any access required?"
You need to have "Page Composer" Tool enabled for your sandbox. To see the Create infolet icon, after entering the sandbox, click on Page composer tool, and then come down in infolet section, you would be able to see Create infolet button.

For the first question, infolets can be added as subtab in object as well. or in pages,
Here's a documentation of adding it in Subscription Management, But you can add it in any object using this method.

Thanks, Aarthi. This should be useful. Will check that.

Hi Shankar/Arthi,
We have a similar requirement to show Contracts Infolets under contract management home page instead of User-Defined Infolets under Analytics. But I do not see an option to create infolets directly in Contract Management home page when i open page composer. Could you please advise?
The documentation that Arthi mentioned above is to add transactional or analytical business reports in subtab in Analytics tab, correct? Could you please let me know if this is going to work for Infolets too with front view, back view, expanded view showing?
Shankar- Have you been able to make infolets visible on landing page/home page? Could you please share what steps you have taken to show the infolets on landing page?
Thanks

Hi @Krishnaveena Ramavath, Yes, we did that. here the high-level steps we have taken.
- We have created an OTBI report which has a table view.
- Create a SandBox, and enter the sandbox(In all tools - select page composer while creating)
- Navigate to Landing Page and Edit pages>click Tools>page composer
- Click on Add content and add a box.
- Again click on add content in the box and add report
- Validate infolet and publish sandbox.
Maybe you can go through these videos for some input.
