Is there a sequence to activate pipelines for functional area?

Hi,

At first, only Workforce management was available under the functional area for data pipeline. Once that is activated/loaded, I was able to see few more functional areas. But still still few like Benefits, payroll are missing.

So is there an order or sequence to activate these pipelines?
