We have developed one custom BIP report having custom rtf template for Performance management. The one and only default output for the report is Excel. We are getting only 4000 characters in the generated excel output for all the comments columns. We are capturing employee and manager responses in textbox from UI (which allows to enter more than 4K characters) and it is being pulled in our custom report.
Business wants to see all the employee comments in custom report comments column even if its exceeding 4K character.
Kindly suggest how to capture all data in the report with Overall employee/manager comments.
