BIP report bursting is giving output failed issue

Hi,

Have created BIP report which is generated output in excel using RTF template, while trying to schedule the report Adding Destination as Email type, it's sending email with report.

However when using bursting option, it's giving following error:

Waiting Time: 0.9 seconds

Data Fetch Time: 0.5 seconds

Total Execution Time: 44.8 seconds

Job Priority: Normal

Output failed.

[INSTANCE_ID=bip.bi_server1] [SUBJOB_ID=108279]

Waiting Time: 0.9 seconds

Data Fetch Time: 0.5 seconds

Total Execution Time: 19.5 seconds

Job Priority: Normal

Total sub-jobs:1473 Processed sub-jobs:262

[INSTANCE_ID=bip.bi_server1]

Please advise.

Check if the template name, locale and output format is correct in Bursting query. Also the parameter6 should be true.

Try using OUTPUT_FORMAT as 'XLSX' in bursting query.

Is anybody faced issue in scheduling BIP report which leads to failure with below error.

Report is not having bursting, only CSV output format in report.

Ess Job is successfully completing and producing output for the same BIP report.

I got the same error while trying to schedule the report. Schedule status completed as Problem.
