We have created Custom Infolet/Dashboard for Custom Order Status Details. The same, we have added to the OM Landing page.

We are seeking to have an export feature for these Custom Infolet/Dashboard which are added to the OM landing page.

This is quite similar to OTBI Details export in (Excel/PDF) format when created in the OTBI Analysis.

We need similar Export output feature for the the infolets/Dashboard Created.

The Custom Infolet/Dashboard created involve OTBI Analysis, Dashboard Prompt, Dashboard and published on the OM Landing page

Below are the steps involved to develop the same -

Steps flow to create Custom Infolet/Dashboar

• OTBI Analysis Creation

• Modify OTBI Visualization (Infolet)

• Dashboard Prompt Creation

• Create Dashboard

• Embed OTBI in the Dashboard

• Active Sandbox (Page Composer)

• Add the Dashboard to the Page

• Publish the Sandbox

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Below are some of the Business cases -

We created Custom infolet and Dashboard on OM Landing page for Order Detail/Fulfilment Details etc and with specific columns and graph display views. The users expect to export those details directly to a excel and word document as part of analysis for their order details. The export feature is available and works from the Reports and Analytics section and can export the OTBI analysis. Similar feature is expected to work for Custom Infolet/Dashboard added to the landing page.
