I've recently been troubleshooting this map of suppliers and requisition amounts, but have encountered an issue when there are multiple cities in the US called Malone for example. As you can see, the visual has pinpointed Malone, TX in the location of Malone, New York! A lot of these discrepancies were eliminated by adding in the supplier state into the Location category, but this has not completely solved the problem. Is there anything else that can be done to fix this visual? Thanks in advance!!

    Hi Caroline,

Thanks for posting your query. I suggest the following to hopefully solve your problem:

    1. Kindly double-check the hierarchy of your location names. Some locations may be towns or villages, not cities.
    2. Please try adding Supplier County and/or Country to Location category if you have them in your table.
    3. If you have the latitude, longitude values of your locations, use them instead of location names.

Please let us know if any of these helps.

    Best,

    Suzanne
