Hi!

I have an issue running ESS jobs for BIP reports. The status of job is always Running and never changes. At the same time I can see output file is successfully generated. Just status haven't been changed.

From the BI side I can see this job in status ‘Unknown’ and has such message inside:

Waiting Time: 0.2 seconds

Data Fetch Time: 2.7 minutes

Total Execution Time: 2.7 minutes

Job Priority: Normal

Failed to call back ESS server

[INSTANCE_ID=bip.bi_server1]

Such issue appears for all BIP ESS jobs and only running with my user. Other users can run the same jobs with no problems and get status = Success.

Maybe I have no necessary permissions, I don't know.. But I already tried to copy all roles from user who has no problems. But with no result. Maybe someone has an idea what's wrong?
