Split worksheets multiple times

Question

We are using BI Publisher Excel template (97-2003) . We have data that can exceed the row limit of 65k rows. This template has 3 tabs/worksheet each can exceed 65k. How can we generate tabs automatically after ever 65,000 rows?

I started with following xml but nothing is happening on template. Inserting an example.

I tried 1352000.1  but I have 3 sheets in my template and this is overwriting the other sheets. I want to count rows from each sheet and split each that way if over 65k rows
