Is TI an acronym? Not sure what you men mean by a TI user? Are you referring to the "TI" in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

To view content in OTBI you need role "BI Consumer Role", to create analytics and reports using existing data models in OTBI you need role "BI Author Role", and to create your own data models in OTBI you need role "BI Publisher Data Model Developer", or grant role "Application Implementation Consultant" which inherit role "BI Administrator Role" if you need to be the administrator of OTBI .
