Ability to export the DVs Details

In Analytics world, using the Catalog Manager, we were able to extract Dashnoard, Reports within Dashboards, Subject Areas, Prompts, Filters, Tables, Columns etc

BUT in DV world there doesn't seem to be an option currently.

Could you please provide us the ability to export such details of DVs which includes all Workspaces, Canvases, Visualization, Subject Areas, prompts, filters, Tables, Columns etc on the similar lines of what Catalog Manager does for Analytics.
