Within our organization we use the product catalogue to create regional and customer specific pricing. The ability to see this within subject areas would be very valuable for establishing variance between "pricebook" rate and quoted rate.
Hi @Quinn Thacker
Variance calculations can be a little tricky because you have to take grain and other factors into account such as the issue documented here: FAW: Unable To Perform Variance Calculations Using Filter Measure (Doc ID 3013134.1). If pricebook rate and quoted rate are in the Fusion CX Source, you can pull them into FDI (if they are not already there). Then create your variance calculated column in OAC. If you are unsure of the results, you could create the Variance calculation in OTBI first and compare to FDI. Sometimes creating calculations from a dataset is easier so you can create a dataset by following the steps here: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/analytics/24r2/fawag/augmenting-your-data.html
Hope that helps.

John

We want a better grasp on what is considered custom data so we can plan ahead and scale properly before we get too big. Fortunately we are no where near the 50gb limit as found using the subject area for custom data but it doesn't tell us other than 'System' where the custom data is coming from. I found documentation here:…

Managers want the ability to assign delegates in Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) so that delegated users can access and use reports on their behalf. Is that available in FDI now? If yes, anyone share docs about steps to implement that in FDI Thanks
