BICC extract PVO for FscmTopModelAM.AnalyticsServiceAM.LookupValuesPVO

Description
We are using data store "FscmTopModelAM.AnalyticsServiceAM.LookupValuesPVO" in BICC for the extraction and we have found duplicate data in primary key column "LOOKUPCODE, LOOKUPTYPE, SETID and VIEWAPPLICATIONID" in the data extraction file and also it is a must needed VO. We have raised SR on same issue with support team for the resolution and they suggested us to use BICC PVO instead of OTBI "FscmTopModelAM.AnalyticsServiceAM.LookupValuesPVO" PVO which we are using currently.

Kindly assist us to find either any alternate attribute or alternate BICC PVO where it should not contain any duplicate/null values in the primary key attribute.
Use Case and Business Need
This PVO "FscmTopModelAM.AnalyticsServiceAM.LookupValuesPVO" is used downstream applications.
Customer wants to use this PVO but we are facing duplicate value issues in the primary key attribute.
We are looking for any alternate key or alternate BICC PVO which should not contain any duplicate/null values in the primary key attribute.

Even we are facing same issue ,duplicate data in primary key column "LOOKUPCODE, LOOKUPTYPE, SETID and VIEWAPPLICATIONID" in the data extraction file. Did we get solution or another pvo for this
