Client requested if there's a way to disable the option to export/print the OTBI Analysis from the Catalog's view. They only want to keep the option to open and run the analysis first, before user can choose the option to export.
In the Admin → manage privileges you can disable "Access to Export". Don't recall seeing similar option for Print though.
Yes you can do it by edit Report Links on the analysis properties on the page, or report links on the page properties, or report links in dashboard properties for all pages.
@Nathan CCC I think the question is from catalog view, in the dashboard and page view it's possible as you highlighted. Its a wired requirement frankly, so just remove from catalog view but when report is run user should be able to download/print :)
