Call Attachment From UCM server by passing document ID in BIP Report

We have requirement to print an Image in PO PDF for which we have stored the images in UCM server. The document ID's are stored in FND_ATTACHMENTS table in Fusion and by passing that document ID we need to get the attachment and display in RTF Template.
