Oracle DB Default Package at BIP Model- OAS 5.5.0

Hello Experts,
May I know any guideline to define Oracle DB Default Package.
I heard that it is input for memory size for query results.
If that is true what is unit of measurement, for example should I input 100 for 100MB?
Similarly Query time out is in seconds?
Also I do not see option like Database Fetch Size in OAS 5.5.0 , I saw some where it in older versions.
Thanks,

The default Oracle DB package as the name suggests is a property that defines the name of a package in the schema of your default data source that you want to execute event triggers.

The question has not been answered. Where can the package names be found?
