The customer is surfing the line manager dashboard, especially workforce trends dashboard. They found that there is mismatching data as follows:

If an employee is terminated in the last day of the month, Ex: 29-Feb-2020, he will be included in March termination headcount and turnover.

This mismatch is confusing them, so the question is how to make this dashboard avoid this issue.

Use Case and Business Need

The expected behavior is that if the employee is terminated in the last day in month, he should be included in the same month termination headcount and turnover

In FDI HCM , HCM - Workforce Core subject area , we already have separate set of KPIs as of Termination date and which will allow you to report a worker as terminated in the same month as that of termination date when a worker is terminated on the last date of the month.
