Audit capabilities to track who made changes to reports in FAW/FDI

Currently in FDI system there are no audit capabilities to track who made changes to reports, although we can see the last modified by manually checking the properties of the report.
The requirement is to run an audit report which should provide information about list of users who has modified the reports.
