I thought the join was with entity_id and tax_rate_id. It works for some invoices, but the it is giving blank for other invoices.
What product are you asking about?
Publisher doesn't come with any data, it's just a reporting platform. Your question is about some tables or some other kind of data and not about a technical feature of Publisher.
