Customer is using SFTP connected to load the data in to FDI and user has 50 + files of same sturucture to load ,is it possible to load all the files in single data agumentation
Hi @Indra Sardana-Oracle, As of now we do not have the ability to created a single Data Augmentation for multiple files of the same structure. I would suggest you go ahead and log an Idea Labs request for this feature to be considered in the upcoming releases with the business justification from your side.
Hi @Indra Sardana-Oracle ,
We have a good blog on this topic here: https://blogs.oracle.com/analytics/post/configure-secure-file-transfer-protocol-connector-in-fusion-analytics
Multiple data files would require corresponding subfolders.
This is intended to complement our documentation on SFTP connections here:
https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/analytics/24r2/fawag/managing-data-connections.html#GUID-A0AF2E40-3828-474C-9FF2-7A3C1D64A128

@JohnW-Oracle : Thank you for sharing document link.I have already followed the mention document. I am still not clear if I have multiple files of same structure how creating subfolder will help in that scenario.I can understand multiple files of different structure sub folder will help to create multiple DA but scenario which I am looking using single DA for multiple files of same structure still not clear

We made some changes in the Fusion UI, and those changes were reflected correctly in OTBI but not in FDI. To refresh the data in FDI, the Oracle support team advised me to reload the relevant functional area (Absence Management). I navigated to Application Administration → Human Capital Management, selected Absence…
Data are synchronized with Oracle HCM and I can see PN 2470, which was terminated in the past. If I add any assignment information I find no records, why?
In an analysis/report, when the Bottom Up Manager details are selected from the hierarchy, the Top Position Person record drops out. This is due to the fact that this top level position does not have a record in the Fusion table : PER_MANAGER_HRCHY_CF which is the source to load OAX$OAC.DW_MANAGER_CF_DH . The requirement…
