Yes we can have last data load/update date and time displayed on FAW/FDI reports using "Common Warehouse Refresh Statitstic" Subject Area

You can only set to show Load end date/time but not load or pipeline state date using 'Common Warehouse Refresh Statitstics" SA;
Hope Oracle Add the Load start date/time soon.
