If you use below on header part you can able to see the page number . its working fine in my system.
<?fo:page-number?> of <?fo:page-number-citation:xdofo:lastpage-joinseq?>

@Mallikarjuna Kuppauru-Oracle Did u tried with her RTF in your system. I am guessing some conditional formatting she made has made is breaking the page numbering. I haven`t got a time to look at it @Bhavani Rikkula . I Tried with ur RTF mulitple option one of ur conditional format is Breaking it. I need to look at it deeply. I will check this weekend.

Add this to section should resolve ur issue
<?for-each@section:DATA_DS?>
As G_LEGAL_ADDRESS is a subsection of DATA_DS .so better to loop through the Data_ds and then legal address. Try this route should resolve the issue. Hope this help
