Connection to SFTP is failing from BI Server

Hi Team,
The BI Server connection to SFTP is failing with error "Could not establish connection. java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)"
We can connect to Nationwide via WinSCP and FileZilla.
Oracle gave us below note ID , I want to know if someone can help me how /where to add IPs
Oracle Allow List IP's For Outbound Connectivity For Fusion Applications (Doc ID 2698639.1)

@Nidhi Chhajed It seems like you are attempting this connection on the Fusion/OTBI side and not FDI side, If that is the case, then please ask this question in the Fusion Cloud Customer Connect Below.
