How is the report cache is cleared in FDI after the Incremental data loads are completed. Cache is cleared automatically or do we have to do manually clearing the cache after the Incremental data loads. How long cache retain in FDI.
@User_8NMCW BI Report cache is not cleared automatically post the pipeline loads. You may need to plan to purge your cache regularly in order to avoid stale data on reports.

@User_8NMCW Clearing BI cache operation is always performed on the OAC side, irrespective of the OAC being standalone or integrated with FDI. And since there are no automatic cache clearing mechanism from FDI side related to OAC, Customers are suggested to plan their BI cache purge in any way feasible for them.
Above document is an example of how to do it, there can be other ways of doing the same as well ie. Creating a agent schedule which runs the cache purge operation before the end of pipeline runs or at the start of the business day etc.
I have raised SR On this, The reply I have received from Oracle is : When the FAW pipelines are finished the cache will be purged automatically in the backend and you need not explicitly issue the purge cache from DV. Also, If by any chance the pipeline fails and you manually restart or resubmit the pipeline and after pipeline is successful completed the cache will also be purged.

@User_8NMCW My update is based on the understanding that the Pipeline loads are run to load the Warehouse tables where as the Report data is picked up from BI Server cache. Can you provide the documentation reference provided in this SR confirming your last statement?
