Hi,
I've been trying to create a simple report to show the contract duration of the new hires in a company for a specific month.
My reports should look like that where
- Total des embauches = Total of new hire headcount
- Catégorie S P = Worker Category
- Dont CDI = including number of permanent contracts
- Dont CDD/Apprentis/CP = including the number of fixed-term contracts, apprenticeship, etc
So here, out of the 4 new hires in 2023 for this specific legal entity, there were 3 people hired with permanent contracts and 1 with a temporary contract.
I tried to reproduce these reports. The 1st report is ok, but I have trouble for the 2nd (and 3rd one of course).
The Contract Duraction column does not show any values. When I add it to the filter bar and select the value I want ("contrat durée déterminée"), there is no more data available.
It seems like the contract duration indicator does not work with the new hire headcount… because if I change new hires with "assignment count", there I have data coming as you will see below :
Is there somehting I'm missing ?
Thank you for your help… I've been struggling with that for a few days now and need to give this final report by Friday :(
