User access for finance dash boards in OBIA 11.1.1.10.1

HI All ,

I have an instance of OBIA 11.1.10.1 .In this I have to create the user to access the finance dash boards like General Ledger .FIxed Assets dash boards .

In this process I have created the user in OBIEE console and assigned to BI consumer .BI author role .But when I am logged in to the dash boards with user name password I am seeing the errors of the dash boards reports .

Can you please help how to give access the dash board access for finance dash boards reports .

    Hello,

    Can you please provide a snapshot of what error you are getting.

    Also it will be very helpful if you can provide following details,

    1. What groups is your user in (Check in My account Roles and Catalog Groups.

    2. Please provide the snapshot of the permission of one of the reports which is being used by the dashboard.

    3. Snapshot of one of the tab of the dashboard

    Thank you for response .I have attached the screen shot of the user UAT which I have created and has the roles and groups which it is assigned and with this user currently I am seeing no results in the dash boards .Please help us .

    My need is I am having user I created UAT need to provide access for this user for Oracle financial dash boards like General Ledger ,Fixed Assets like as read only user .Please find the screen shots of roles and groups of user UAT is having analytics page and dash board page .

    Kindly help us what roles and groups that I need to assign in the OBIA 11.1.1.10.1

    Yes .When I am logged in to system with admin user .I am able to see .but I am facing the issue when I am logged in with UAT user .

    ok,

    So if i understand it correctly from Admin user you can see results The Ledger Name KSA and Fiscal Year 2016 filters applied to the Dashboard correct?

    I guess you have to check in the RPD.

    Presentation Layer :  Please check which all groups/roles have permissions to view data for that folder

    Logical Layer : Please check if row level security is applied to those tables
