I'm pretty sure that the same is valid also for Publisher in OAS.

For what usage? Do you want to know what databases are supported to install Publisher (the RCU schemas) or databases that can be used to create reports?

Because in Publisher you can deploy any driver you need, therefore any database that has a JDBC driver works.
