We need the ability to answer the question "where was the location of an asset(s)" based on a specific date. Our assets may move from state-to-state on a frequent basis. For tax-reporting purposes, we need to know our assets locations as of a historical date. Note: We do not want to leverage the Assets Transactions subject area and search for "Transfer" transactions because we need the report to return all assets in the location based on a specific date, whether or not they had an FA transaction in that period/range.

We are trying to replicate the BIP "Property Tax Report" in FDI because Fusion requires the report to be run individually by US State. We were hopeful that the report could be created in FDI and we are able to get all/most of the fields in the "Financial - Assets Analysis" subject area, however the subject area does not contain a "Location Effective Date" field.
