    So there are 2 things you can do:

    1) close the thread, for now it's still This question is Not Answered.

    2) post how you fixed, what you did (at least some hints) to help others who can have the same issue. Keep in mind it's a community forum, so you would have been happy to get an answer from somebody else and so it's your turn to also share your knowledge on that.
