Hello,

As the title says, I am running into issues installing BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.3.0 (32-bit and 64-bit)to Microsoft Office Word 2010 Version 14.0.6112.5000 (32-bit). When attempting to get the add-in to work, the Microsoft Office Customization Installer encounters an error and states, "Reference in the deployment does not match the identity defined in the application manifest." Is there any way around this or does BI Publisher Desktop not work with Microsoft Office 2010?
