BIP Report Parameter Contains Default

Organization Name: Tesco PLC
Description:
we require a way for BIP report parameters to enable an option to 'default' a search criteria to the value 'Contains' rather then the current 'default' of 'Starts With' lookup.
This will make it easier for users to select any combinations of data such as employee number/Employee name or locations which also have numerical values where the users are not restricted to the first starting characters of a string.
In other words we would prefer a Like% rather then a = as a default.
Use Case and Business Need:
Our users are not able to fluently select the right data as we use a combination of employee number and employee name when selecting a employee. The change will enable a better customer experience by not having to worry about exact characters within a parameter search field.

Same here. Not sure why the default is "Starts with", that seems really counter-intuitive. Most software (including Excel, which the majority of people are familiar with) uses "Contains" as the default.
