I'm encountering an issue with two workbook in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, and I'm hoping someone might be able to help or has experienced something similar.
Problem Details:
- Unable to See or Edit Workbook: The "Edit" option for the workbook does not work — completely unresponsive. (see below picture)
- Cross-Browser Issue: I've tried accessing the workbook on multiple browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge), but the issue persists across all of them.
- Cache Cleared: I've cleared the cache and cookies in all browsers, but it didn't resolve the problem.
- Duplication Attempted: Duplicating the workbook results in the same issue—no content appears, and it remains uneditable.
- No Error Messages: There are no error messages or warnings displayed; the workbook simply remains empty as shown in the attached screenshot.
Additional Information:
There have been no recent updates or changes to the system that I’m aware of, and this issue arose suddenly. I'm not sure if this could be a data source issue or if the workbook itself might be corrupted.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
