Allow Scheduled report delivery (BIP or OTBI) for attachments greater than 15 MB

Organization Name
Office Depot, Inc.
Description
My company has some large BIP-generated headcount reports (with many columns) that we are unable to schedule for automated delivery. The reason is that we are using Excel format (.xls) and the output exceeds the 15 MB limit that Oracle has told us is per the configuration:
"All of the Fusion SMTP servers are configured to handle a maximum size of 15 MB or less (including headers, attachments, etc.). This is not a limitation with the BI product. The limit of 15 MB is set at the SMTP server configuration across all the Fusion Application Fleet and cannot be changed."
Use Case and Business Need
The restriction causes us to have to split these large reports into at least two, with each having a different filter. The end user then needs to combine the separate files into one. Note that we have confirmed that our internal company email server rules are not the cause of these delivery failures. It is the configuration mentioned above.
Increase the limitation on cloud environment set by Oracle for email scheduler to at least 30 MB per report (attachment)

The constraints on report size and record count is a significant productivity drain - reports which should be auto-delivered need to be run and delivered manually.

We also vote for the same change because the limitation in the file output size affects majority of our BIP reports.
