    Hi Gokul10,

I tried to install the version showed by you in the screenshot but it is not working for me. Can you please confirm if it worked for you and did you perform any additional steps?

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Vanshika

is Oracle working with Microsoft to get their product fixed? when can we use this product again? thankfully my employer doesn't need to make a change to anything at the moment, but if we did we would be stuck…

No at the moment still no solution, also not with older Version M365 or older Version Bi Publisher Desktop

I'm working in a team of 5 people and somehow I'm the only who can still work with the plugin
    My versions are:
    Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.4.0
    MS Word Version 2407 Build 16.0.17830.20210) 64-bit
Java SE Development Kit 7 Update 75 (12-03-2020 installed) and Java™ SE Development Kit 19.0.1 (64-bit) (24-02-2023 installed) No updates done as far as I know.

I was using jdk19.0.1 as my Jave Home in the plugin, but changed it to jdk1.7.0_75 when my plugin stopped working and somehow that solved the problem for me.

My co-workers are having the same versions of the plugin and MS word, and Java 19 on there laptops.
1 of them has removed Java 19 and installed Java 7, unfortunately this did not give the desired result.

I found a discussionboard in Microsoft,
please mention there, that we are having this problem in the hope that
Microsoft will work on the issue.

quick update - as another user posted, Word Office build 2409 was just installed for me and the plugin now works! seems stable so far, so i'm hoping this issue is now sufficiently resolved by updating to 2409.
