I have the most up to date version of OPA installed on my machine. I have also got BI Publisher installed, however the header of the word document looks broken:

When I go to load the XML data, I get a particularly unhelpful error message:

Has anyone come across this before or knows how to fix? I've uninstalled and re-installed a few times.

hello paul , what is your bip version ? install correct version of template builder , if ms word is 32 bit then install template builder 32 bit, 64 bit them 64 bit template builder.

In addition to what Venkat suggested, If you are on 64 bits, then please check if the note from below applies to you:

After Template Builder Install Menu Labels Appear Like menu2007.<command name> (Doc ID 1528797.1)

Hi Venkat,

I'm running BI Publisher version 12.2.1.3.0 for 32 Bit Office. I have 32 bit office and am still receiving the errors.

I note that 12.2.1.4.0 doesn't have different versions for 32/64 bit?

I've uninstalled and re-installed, no errors were received on install.

Any other suggestions?
