IPM Insights - Anomaly Entries Redisplayed - even if they are Closed status and a comment exists

Every time that an insight (IPM) calculation has been executed, the Insights entries keep coming back per calculation execution, irrespective of whether the previous comments against the entry, have been marked as closed or not.
This creates confusion and inconvenience to the finance users, who have to review the same insights (even historical ones from 1 year ago) every time that the insight calculation has been executed.
We have encountered this issue in the review of the Anomaly results, however I assume that they will be applicable in both the Prediction as well as the Forecast Variance & Bias ones.
