Does anyone have any reference material that will clarify how the measures in FDI's prebuilt Dashboards are calculated? What criteria is used to arrive at their counts? For instance, Headcount, Hires, Turnover. I tried using OTBI to come up with a sample count (Female Hires in a month) to match the FDI graph, but was much lower. I was outputting detail rows, not using the OTBI measure (# of Hires), to try to understand what logic is used in the FDI Hires measure. If we go with the prebuilt graphs, we would just like to understand how the counts are arrived at, so we can explain these to the business.
