Global/Workbook-level filter in DV
Add a workbook-level filter that applies to all underlying canvases within the workbook

@Andrew at MKL You can use Canvas Level Filter and Pin that to all canvas. This ensure that the same filter gets applied to all the canvas in a workbook. So in essence this become a workbook level Filter.

@Krishna Prasad Kotti-Oracle thank you! I have passed this along to our users.

@Krishna Prasad Kotti-Oracle , is this also possible when using dashboards filters?
E.g. in the first Canvas (which starts when opening the Workbook) we have dashboards filters which should also apply the other Canvasses if not using the Data Action.0 -
Dashboard Filters are applied with the canvas. You can use workbook level filters and pin it to all canvas.

@Roelof de Groot In the use case you mentioned above, I'd recommend using binding parameters across the dashboard filters on separate canvases. If you have a dashboard filter across three canvases you can bind it to a parameter and if the end user changes the value, it will change in the other canvases as well so long as they're all bound to the same parameter! We've been able to use this successfully in our reports.2 -
@Caroline Blanchard , thank you!
