Performance Task Status Report: Getting two records per employee

Question

Hi Folks,

We have requirement to fetch current document status of an employee , we are using Performance Document Task Real Time subject area, but still we are getting two records for an employee as "In Progress" and "Completed" for the same task.

Please Assist.

Hi Sushant,

It could be you need to filter for the particular Role responsible for the Task. There are 3 Roles (Manager, Employee, Participant). When I want to report on Performance Task Status, I specify the Role. See Screenshot below. In your case you would need to specify the Role as Employee.
