OBIA 7.9.6.4 Sizing question
Hi-
Is it possible to get a light weight OBIA 7.9.6.4 environment up and running?
This is our fresh implementation for our PeopleSoft target running on MS SQL. We could not go to latest OBIA due to lack of support for MSSQL PeopleSoft target in latest release.
I've two servers one with 4 cpu & 8 GB RAM ( OBIEE, BIAPPS, PowerCenter) and one with 4 cpu & 12 GB RAM(MS SQL Database for all schemas including powercenter metadata)
Does this setup look reasonably OK? Please suggest.

You paid yourself a 4 CPU server but couldn't afford more than 8Gb of RAM? That's actually one of the most absurd server I ever saw ...
Please tell me it's not a 4 CPU server but a single CPU with 4 cores, and even in that case you are quite optimist with 8 Gb of RAM (most of laptops nowadays have more than that, so ...)

Gianni beat me to it but you're basically tying to run OBIA on something that's less powerful than a 250USD Playstation 4? Really??
