Hi @Mike Tytler @Gina DiVenti currently what we have in OTBI is a balance metric. i.e. for a requisition, it provides what is the hired count and openings to be filled. You cannot get a trend of hired count and openings to be filled by various time periods, like quarter/month/year etc. refer the attached screenshot.
However, the requirement posted above by @Mike Tytler is to get the trend of 'hired count' and 'openings to be filled' by time period and this is not in OTBI today

Hello All,
can you share what is criteria for you to call an opening as filled?
In ORC, any job application that is in the state Offer Accepted or any state in HR phase other than withdrawn and rejected is classified as 'filled'
Is there any other suggestion from any of you?

In FDI the formula for hires is below, which matches what we consider a hire (aka the opening is filled).

@Raghavendra Raghunath-Oracle - I am wondering if this is an opportunity to make FAW more flexible than Fusion OTBI reporting.
My initial preference was to keep the new FAW fact be the same logic as the existing OTBI "Number of Openings Left to Fill" for consistency and to avoid user confusion (why are numbers different in OTBI vs FAW). ie: any job application that is in the state Offer Accepted or any state in HR phase other than withdrawn and rejected would be counted and deducted from the total openings.
Could another fact be added that would equate to Number of job applications in the HR phase (ex: the logic Gina provided).
That way customers can pick whatever one works best for them?
One based on offer accepted —>
OR
One based on "Filled"/HR phase

Thanks for the feedback. I plan to have 2 measures for Openings Filled
- Count(Job Application ID) Where Phase = HR and State Not IN (Rejected, Withdrawn) - same logic as Gina mentioned above
- Count(Job Application ID) Where Phase = HR and State = Processed
Openings to be Filled also will have 2 versions based on the above
p.s. - Please note that Openings Filled based on Offer Phase is not in place
