Watched the video beacause I believe the AI Assistant will help with adoption, but right off the bat I do not see the Assistant. I'm looking into permissions as per what I'm reading but it doesn't seem to be coming up.

Hello, we were just upgraded to November 2024 version this past weekend, I've done these three steps but the AI Assistant still doesn't come up. I also looked into the permission to make sure my user is a DV Content Author which is set up in the "Use Assistant in Workbooks" Permissions section. I have a ticket open to see if anyone can help.
