The customer says that the environment was untouched but suddenly all my metrics were removed from my dashboard.
Can someone explain what could be the cause?

As per my experience this issue can come up in FDI, in case a recent content upgrade has corrupted the workbook/dataset or a Content Bundle migration has been performed in a incorrect manner.
So, can you check if, there a recent update to the application? or a recent Bundle migration has happened in this instance?
