24.R4: Which limited availability features will be included?

Release notes for 24.R4 does not appear to include the ‘limited availability’ features. How can we evaluate which of the limited availability features will be implemented with this major application release?

@User_3512R I don't think there has ever been a mention of any LA features as part of any release note. There has always been mention about only the Preview features and it’s there even now.
Can you provide document reference from the Release notes of any earlier version where you found the mention of any LA feature?
