FDI Data Refresh Frequency - what is the highest refresh frequency?

I'm looking at refresh frequency to perform frequent pipeline refreshes in the R24.4 release when it mentions a 180 mins difference between refresh schedules. Is that then the highest frequency?

Yes this is an recommended frequency as per development team guidelines.
