Job change - OTBI report

Hello,

I would like to create an OTBI report to highlight the date of an employee's business title change.

I don't want to use a specific reason code (ex promotion) because a lot of business title changes can use a different reason code.

In my attached example (from the employment history), I would like to report the date 01/12/24 for the change of business title.

I want to be able to see for all employees to say : The new business title of this employee is … since "DATE".

It might not be possible with normal OTBI report but you can try with Logical SQL using the OTBI Subject Areas.
