Agent - Last day of Month option within Schedule
Description
Last day of month schedule option is not available in Agent.
Use Case and Business Need
Last day of month schedule option is not available in Agent. We have monthly reports that we need to schedule based on last day of month and this option is not available. Current work around is to create 3 agent schedule for months with 31 days, for months with 30 days and for February on day 28.
