Difference of security setup in FDI

Could someone explain me the difference between the security console in FDI and the SME console security please ?

Are you talking about Semantic Model extensions? In case you have some extensions, you need to add security configurations under Fusion Data Intelligence Console, click Semantic Model Extensions under Application Administration.
